Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analyst (Workforce Management Executive)

Job Summary: The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with the Operation Manager to maintain and enhance project operations. This role involves performing ad-hoc and in-depth analyses, managing business intelligence projects, handling data management tasks, building and updating dashboards, communicating with vendors, fixing data-related errors, and calculating incentives for project agents and members.

Key Responsibilities:

Ad-hoc and In-depth Analysis: Perform necessary ad-hoc and deep analyses to define root causes, generate insights, and propose solutions.

Business Intelligence: Plan and execute BI projects (e.g., dashboards) to enhance operational assessment and management efficiency.

Data Managing and Assigning:

• Receive, verify, import, and track data provided by vendors.
• Assign data to the appropriate agents.

Dashboard Building, Updating, and Improving:

• Extract, transform, and load data from Salesforce databases to develop data models and dashboards.
• Manually update dashboards with necessary data.
• Enhance dashboard functionality and efficiency.

Vendors Communication and Management:

• Communicate and manage data processes with vendors.
• Prepare and deliver reports for vendors.

Errors Fixing: Identify and resolve data-related errors (e.g., call log errors, order errors).

Incentive Calculation: Collect data and calculate incentives for project agents and members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Experience with Salesforce
• Strong at Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform in-depth data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor interaction and reporting.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project management.
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
