We are seeking an experienced Sr. Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, particularly Node.js, React, Laravel, and Python. The ideal candidate will have excellent architecture knowledge, leadership skills, and a strong ability to solve complex problems and conceptualise innovative solutions.

Key Responsibility

Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Node.js, React, Laravel, and Python.
Design and implement application architecture, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define and implement new features.
Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, ensuring optimal user experience.
Troubleshoot and debug applications, providing timely resolutions to issues.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into the development process as appropriate.
Solution Architect: Excellent knowledge in all the architects
Contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Node.js, React, Laravel, and Python with demonstrated experience in building and maintaining web applications.
Strong understanding of application architecture principles and practices.
Leadership abilities, with experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions.
Strong conceptual skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into functional and scalable designs.
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (database management, server-side logic).
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
