Work you’ll do

As a Manager in the team you will work closely with the Directors and Partners to play a key role in making a difference by really influencing and shaping the strategic development of the team. You will also have the commercial experience necessary to build and develop significant new business opportunities for the Firm, focused on the development of senior client relationships within Oracle. In doing so, you will build a level of eminence in the marketplace that gives you the platform to support the Firm’s growth ambitions over the long-term, as well as building high-performance teams around you to support these growth plans.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading Oracle Consulting projects to drive global digital transformation. In addition, Managers should undertake practice development and business management activities to help grow the Oracle practice as well as aligning to an industry to exploit depth of knowledge and professional experience
• Leading several multi-disciplinary work streams of Consultants, Senior Consultants to deliver against client objectives in a variety of industries .
• You will be continually encouraged to devise innovative solutions to help our clients maximise the value of their data assets by helping them transform data into insight. You will also assume real ownership of projects and key stakeholders at executive levels as you help them execute their strategy to build an efficient analytics organisation, processes and supporting technology.
• Design and develop tailor-made solutions, strengthen our presence in the market, identify revenue-generating opportunities and get involved in proposal writing, pitch presentations, etc.
• Build global trusted relationships with key clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related degree
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in all versions of Oracle Technical module
• For EBS R12 nice to have skill sets are SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publishers, Interfaces, Workflow, SOA, Java.
• For Oracle ERP Cloud Technical nice to have skill sets are BI reports, OTBI, OIC/ICS, SOA CS, VBCS, JET, ADF.
• Proven experience assessing client’s Oracle workloads and technology landscape for OCI suitability, Including OCI Network and Security design for complex architectures to support high availability and disaster recovery requirements.
• Experience migrating workloads to OCI.
• Experience designing, provisioning, and supporting OCI components (VCNs, Compute and Database families, Fast Connect, PaaS Services).
• Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling including: Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines
• Working experience in implementation and application management
• Proficient in designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end Oracle Technical solution.
• Lead in difficult situations of the project and play a key role in solving technical and functional issues.
• Capability of making professional client connects and communicating the status and issues to the key stakeholders.
• Ability to suggest improvements/innovations delivering value to the client.
