Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and motivated Frontend Developer with 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the user-facing aspects of our web applications. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development:

Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implement design mockups into high-quality, production-ready code.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Frameworks and Libraries:

Utilize modern frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Develop reusable components and front-end libraries.

Collaboration:

Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Testing and Debugging:

Conduct thorough testing of web applications to ensure quality and functionality.
Debug and resolve issues and bugs reported by users or identified through testing.

Version Control:

Use version control systems like Git for code management and collaboration.
Follow best practices for branching, merging, and versioning.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Participate in continuous improvement processes and suggest enhancements to existing systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in frontend development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
