Lead Software Engineer - MERN

We are seeking a skilled Lead Software Engineer (MERN) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Design software solutions for application features
• Interact with client stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
• Communicate technical specifications and software strategies to diverse stakeholders
• Lead the team through coding, testing and debugging phases
• Develop and maintain software documentation and diagrams
• Perform code reviews and establish testing procedures to ensure software quality
• Monitor technology trends and apply them to enhance software solutions
• Exhibit strong team management and promote a collaborative work environment

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience as a Lead Software Engineer or similar role in software development and system integration
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Background in team management and project management
• Knowledge of databases like MongoDB and AWS DynamoDB
• Proficiency in Node.js, Typescript, React, AWS, Serverless, AWS Lambda, SQS and SNS
• Skills in problem-solving and attention to detail
• Competency to work independently under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills at B2+ level
