Lead Software Engineer - Supply Chain Operations

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to spearhead the development and configuration of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions, driving innovation and efficiency within supply chain operations. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration with a focus on delivering customized solutions and optimizing system performance.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the development and configuration of Kinaxis RapidResponse to create tailored client solutions
• Collaborate with consultants to translate business requirements into supply chain functionalities
• Participate in individual and team projects, ensuring timely delivery of development tasks
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Kinaxis configurations to enhance system performance and user experience
• Maintain and update documentation related to development processes and deployed solutions
• Establish and maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress
• Stay informed about Kinaxis product updates and integrate new features into development practices
• Assist in mentoring junior developers to foster technical excellence and collaboration

Requirements

• 8-16 years of general IT experience
• Mandatory certification: Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 1 or above, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on development experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, particularly versions from 2020 onwards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with demonstrated technical and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and objectives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Kinaxis Retail Instance
• Additional certifications or training related to software development or Kinaxis platforms
• Previous development experience in supply chain or business consulting
• Willingness to learn new technologies and pursue professional development opportunities
