Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven professional to build and enhance data analytics capabilities. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights to drive programme growth, optimize participant engagement, and support strategic decision-making within the finance industry.

You work closely with financial institutions and AI solution providers to validate content, refine matching algorithms, and ensure the highest standards for our knowledge hub.

Responsibilities

Process and analyze technical content submissions from participating financial institutions and AI solution providers
Validate AI and technology-related case studies, implementation experiences and use case documentation for accuracy and completeness
Build and refine matching algorithms to connect financial institutions with relevant solution providers and knowledge resources
Develop rating systems to assess content quality, solution provider effectiveness and implementation success metrics
Support content curation workflows and maintain knowledge hub quality standards
Facilitate collaborative review processes and provide clear feedback to content contributors

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, data analytics or a related field
Understanding of AI and technology applications in financial services
Experience in content analysis, validation or knowledge management platforms
Clear communication skills to provide actionable feedback to cross-functional teams and contributors
Experience with machine learning (ML) and AI concepts or tools
Knowledge of financial services industry trends and digital transformation initiatives
Exposure to taxonomy design, metadata frameworks or content governance
Familiarity with data modeling, algorithms or recommendation systems is an advantage
Analytical thinking and strict attention to detail
