Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven professional to build and enhance data analytics capabilities. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights to drive programme growth, optimize participant engagement, and support strategic decision-making within the finance industry.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain comprehensive data analytics capabilities to generate actionable insights for the AI program
Develop robust analytics frameworks to track participant engagement, AI adoption trends and program effectiveness metrics
Design and create interactive dashboards for program monitoring, stakeholder reporting and strategic decision-making
Analyze data to identify potential leads and opportunities for program expansion
Generate automated reports on platform usage patterns, event attendance and knowledge contribution rates
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve program growth and operational efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data analytics, finance, computer science or a related field
Experience building end-to-end data analytics solutions and working with large datasets
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R or SQL
Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI or Looker
Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes and data pipelines
Ability to design KPIs, metric frameworks and performance tracking models
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into business insights and identify growth opportunities
Experience working on AI-driven or digital transformation programs, including an understanding of AI/ML adoption metrics
Clear stakeholder communication skills and experience automating reporting processes
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP is an advantage
