Job Title: Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing methodologies and possess 3-5 years of relevant experience. As a Salesforce QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications through comprehensive testing and validation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on Salesforce solutions.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with testing strategies.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress and issues encountered.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce quality assurance/testing roles.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Selenium, Apex Test Framework, or similar.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified App Builder) are a plus.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
• Experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare or finance.
