RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design and implementation of automated test frameworks and test cases.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Identify, report, and track software defects to resolution.
- Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases.
- Investigate and analyze test failures, and work with the development team to address issues promptly.
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and test cases.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior test engineers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies to continuously improve testing processes.
- Participate in Agile development practices and provide testing input during sprint planning and retrospectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Strong programming skills in languages like NET, Java, Python, or similar.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman or similar.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking systems.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
- Good at English communication.
