Technical Service Team Lead (Network Security)

Responsibilities :

• Design, discuss and confirm solution with customer as part of network security implementation plan
• To take care of the scope of projects, describe project phases and do a implementation plan which correlates directly to the customer specific FTH value proposition
• Create document as required in implementing and project management
• Responsible for consult design and implementing network security solutions with various technologies (e.g. Firewall, SASE, PAM, Mail Security, IPS, SIEM and so on)
• Provide support as a 2nd line to Network and Security engineer team for network security troubleshooting as well as coordinating with network security vendor to solve customer problem upon SLA agreed
• To provide troubleshooting and assistance in documenting use cases and process flows
• Co-operate with product vendors to provide in depth troubleshooting
• Participate in Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities for new security solutions (beneficial but not mandatory)
• To manage and cooperate on partner and vendor join in FTH projects
• To develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of the security team’s solutions
• Provide expert consultation for major network and security initiatives or incidents
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop key competencies for strategic product partner
• Engage with sale and pre-sale to prepare new technical solution

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• At least 7 year experience of consult, design and implement network security technologies
• Strong technical analytical and engineering competencies with hands-on experience in managing 2 – 3 technologies of Antivirus/Firewall/VPN, IPS/IDS, SASE, ZTNA, Web and Mail Security, Security Platform, Endpoint Solution, SIEM or Network Security solution.
• Current hands-on experience on security products and platforms from Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, CyberArk or Trend Micro will be advantage
• In-depth knowledge of network security level attacks and their troubleshooting methods
• Have experience project management skill to manage network security project
• Have experience with on-premises and cloud-based security solutions (AWS, Azure) will be advantage
• Good command of English
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of security compliance (i.e. ISO 27001, PCI DSS) will be advantage
• CompTIA Security+ or CISSP or CISA or CISM or CEH Certificate will be advantage
