Gameskraft is looking for a Tech Lead to join our Frontend team :

As the Technical Lead, you will:

• Develop front-end web apps
• Perform front-end and back-end performance metrics
• Work alongside the UX designers and the product team to deliver features
• See a project through from conception to finish – end-to-end management
• Mentor/manage a team of Software and Senior Software Engineers
• Provide technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle, from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization, and support
• Define the charter and best practices for the entire web team
• Manage the sprint and release cycles
• Articulate the pros and cons of using a certain technology stack or component or design pattern versus another to the clients and the project team.
• Drive the selection of technologies and designs to come up with the optimal architecture

What we expect you will bring to the table:

• Experience in creating highly scalable, flexible, and resilient architectures that address customer and business problems and accelerate the adoption of best practices
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Expertise in Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile, Estimations/Planning
• Proficiency in fundamental frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of React Native is a must.
• Ability to be proactive and the willingness to take ownership in assigned areas
• Potential to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Readiness to take up new challenges and innovate on behalf of the users
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
