Job Description

As a React Native Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining top-notch mobile apps. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of mobile development processes, thrive in collaborative environments, and demonstrate proficiency in React Native framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable, and efficient mobile applications using React Native.
• Ensure that code is clean, well-documented, and adheres to best practices, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback as needed.
• Drive the implementation of thorough testing and debugging processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free applications.
• Optimize app performance and user experience through code optimization techniques and adherence to UI/UX design principles.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure codebase maintainability, scalability, and security.
• Understand and integrate native iOS and Android functionalities with React Native.
• Identify and address technical issues and challenges promptly, providing solutions and guidance to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and stakeholders, to translate project requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Skills And Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 8 years of mobile development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React Native framework and JavaScript, with extensive experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms.
• Solid understanding of mobile app development processes and lifecycles.
• Familiarity with APIs, programming languages, and code versioning tools like Git.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Experience with automated testing suites.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude, with the ability to identify and address technical challenges effectively.
