Job Description

To solve problems on Networks, Operating Systems, Storage, Security and Servers.
You’ll work and learn with our engineers and technology principals to implement and support our core Product Technologies like Cisco, Veritas, Netapp, Quantum, Unix technologies for network & security products.
Installation, configuration, integration, monitoring, and troubleshooting for assigned projects and jobs
Analyses, Modifies, and/or designs for solutions across mainframe, midrange, client server and desktop platforms to ensure user requirements/project objectives are met.
Certified for new and existing vendor software; provides installation, maintenance and customization of vendor software as required
Multi-task and effectively solve problems in a dynamic customer environment with minimal supervision.
Individual must be open to traveling to clients sites nationwide when required.
