- Design, implement and maintain products then be responsible for what your teams own, using DevOps & SRE mindset
- Work closely with cross-functional leaders to create quarterly objectives based on product and business goals. Synthesize and drive team roadmaps for architecture and engineering over multiple quarters.
- Mentor engineers of different levels, to improve their ability & skills
- Manage teamโs budget, timeline, hire contractors and build teams
- Constantly improve the systemโs performance, development experience, and processes
Requirements
- Proven track record of creating a technical vision, building consensus, driving implementation, and achieving desired outcomes
- 2+ years experience in the role of technical lead or comparable roles, preferably in a fast growing environment
- 5+ years experience building systems using modern programming technologies and techniques
- Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel
- Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously
- Excellent understanding of software engineering concepts, design patterns, and algorithms
- Familiar with server side technologies and languages mainly Golang, Python, etc., and experiences in medium or large system development is preferred
- Familiar with at least one mainstream web framework or library such as React, Vue, etc., with experiences in architecture design and development of complex application scenarios
- Passion for technology, strong learning, communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
- Passion in leading teams and growing people
- Familiar with SCRUM & Agile SDLC Methodology
