Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Has minimum 2-4 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role
Experience handling projects in FSI Industries (Banking, Insurance, Multifinance)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in working with stakeholders and business partners
Good understanding of systems development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
Experience in business requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and testing
Solid experience with enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM systems
Excellent knowledge of enterprise architecture, web and application servers, enterprise messaging, and integration technologies and services
Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team and self-motivated to independently set priorities and manage multiple tasks
Has experience as Developer/Programmer will be a plus point
