Responsibilities: - Partner with groups across Intel to identify opportunities, influence teams toward industry best practices, and help accelerate Intel's journey to becoming a software first company. - Improving development team's efficiency by leveraging CI/CD tools to automate testing and deployment. - Primary point of contact for handling customer requirements, providing guidance and recommendations to enhance engineering velocity. - Make recommendations on specific aspects of Build and Deployment and continuously strive towards improvements in process and productivity through technology improvements.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/MCA or MSc in Computer Science or a similar degree program - 5+ years of relevant experience with emphasis on DevOps related activities: - Setting up unified CI/CD pipelines with infrastructure as a code (IaC) principle across multiple teams/geo's - Experience with one or more scripting languages e.g. Python, Bash, Groovy - Proficient working with and developing in Linux and Windows environments. - Knowledge in cloud computing operations and cloud server provider platforms e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure will be an added advantage. - Security focused, with solid understanding and experience implementing security best practices and tools. - Experience with agile project management tools e.g. Jira - Comprehensive understanding of full lifecycle configuration management - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Hands-on experience with related tools: - Administration of modern/distributed SCM systems e.g. GitHub - Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure Devops - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Experience with configuration management tools e.g. Ansible - Experience with Monitoring, reporting and analytics

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
