Job Description

*Service Desk, IT help desk or related role qualified*


Department: Service Delivery

Reports to: Technical Team Lead

Work Model: WFO, Full On-Site

Shift Type: Night Shift (Eastern Time Shift)


Responsibilities:

  • Network Monitoring
  • Event Management and Incident Management
  • Diagnosing IT infrastructure errors
  • Troubleshooting network and server issues
  • Maintaining patch and update management
  • Backup management
  • Escalating issues and outages


Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Service Desk, IT help desk or related role.
  • Troubleshooting on Desktops, Printer, VPN, Internet, Active Directory (Admin Access), and O365 (Admin Access)
  • Willing to work night shift (Eastern Time Shift)
  • Willing to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig City (Monday - Friday)
