Advanced System Engineer - System and Platform Management.

Supervise, provide guidance in designing, installing, and maintaining IT infrastructure as well as ensure the reliability, security, and performance of technology infrastructure that can support business requirements by implementing monitoring tools, designing backup solutions, and effectively managing system capacity.

• Supervise team in designing, configuring, and implementing system and platform solutions to meet the organization's technical requirements
(Medium to high complexity project)
• Collaborate with other IT function/department and stakeholders to ensure system and platform architecture aligns with business needs
• Monitor daily/weekly operations and be accountable for quality of administration of servers, operating systems, and platform services
• Provide guidance and monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and availability
• Develop workplan and maintain server platforms and ensure platform security through patch management, access controls, and security protocols
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline system and platform management tasks
• Monitor system performance metrics and make recommendations for performance tuning, optimizations, and configuration parameter for application
• Identify opportunity to address inefficiencies and be able to clearly explain preventive action to avoid potential incidents
• Supervise and design backup solution to ensure that the information is accurate, complete and can be used in a timely manner
• Monitor and manage system capacity to effectively support business growth
• Work and collaborate with application team to in-dept knowledge of the system supporting applications
