Assistant Product Manager

About this role

As a Assistant Product Manager for Automation Products, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring our automation solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.

What will you be doing?

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for automation products in alignment with the company's overall goals.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and specifications.
3. Work closely with engineering teams during product development to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
4. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life decisions, ensuring products remain competitive and relevant.
5. Interact with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and incorporate insights into product enhancements.
6. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to drive product awareness, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
7. Plan and execute successful product launches, including marketing strategies, collateral creation, and sales team training.

What do we look for?

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering field
2. Min. 4 years experience in related field is highly valuable.
3. Have knowledge of automation instruments, PLC, IoT, Packaging & Material Handling methods
4. Strong understanding of automation technologies, market dynamics, and customer needs.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
