Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Salesforce Developer to join our Customer Service team, whose mission is to contribute to maintaining and administering our Salesforce platform.
Maintain and administer Salesforce instance, including user access to data, security settings, and application configuration.
Consulting Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) technology expertise for solution design and technical implementation
Troubleshoot any technical difficulties and resolve any issues.
Manage the installation and maintenance of applications within Salesforce.
Create customizations for use with Salesforce.
Monitor system performance and identify issues.
Provide support to users who need help using the platform respond promptly to requests for assistance and offer advice where appropriate.
Contribute to document Salesforce platform (user guides, specifications, ...).
Follow established guidelines and procedures.

At least 2+ years of commercial experience in NodeJS/TypeScript or an appetite to learn.
At least 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Developer.
B2C Salesforce Commerce Developer certification is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to investigate and correctly identify the root cause.
Patience when handling tough cases.
Time management skills, ability to identify and prioritize urgent/ critical requests.
Has a customer-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of digital commerce components such as Users, Catalog, Pricing, Inventory, Campaign/Promotion and Payment.
Knowledge of digital commerce integration such as CMS, DAM, PIM, OMS, and ERP
Ability to work effectively with non-technical personnel.
Preferred candidates will have a team player mentality, are quick on their feet, agile, and aren't afraid to speak up and voice their opinions.
