Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Lead to oversee the development and maintenance of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both iOS and Android development, with expertise in Swift and Kotlin languages. This role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications, and maintaining the health of our mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Develop and maintain mobile applications using Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android.
Ensure clean architecture and adherence to MVVM and SOLID principles.
Implement unit testing across both iOS and Android environments.
Lead sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and roadmap meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver the mobile app roadmap.
Monitor and maintain app health, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Establish and enforce best practices in mobile development.
Provide ongoing support for both iOS and Android applications.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Swift Language.
Proficiency in Kotlin Language.
Experience with Android Studio.
Experience with Xcode.
Strong understanding of unit testing across both iOS and Android environments.
