Client Experience Finance Specialist, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing!

A Client Experience Finance Specialist is expected to perform the following tasks:

Develop subject matter expertise in Mediaocean applications, specifically on Mediaocean’s Production/Finance suite
Monitor, route and answer incoming client inquiries through various channels, including chat, web portal, email and phone
Apply knowledge of Mediaocean applications to effectively interpret and resolve client questions and issues
Assist and support system applications by testing and documenting research
Help to ensure customer satisfaction through robust adherence to Mediaocean standard practices
Create and maintain internal and client facing documents relating to Mediaocean products, policies and procedures
Manage administrative tasks related to supporting system applications
Comply with support metric standards in every category, setting the standard for others
Be a resource for junior team members, able to help them should they require assistance

Qualifications:

Experience in customer support/customer service in a Finance/ERP environment and can think outside of the box.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and/or bookkeeping, junior accountant, audit experience
Exposure to the Advertising industry is highly desirable
Amenable to onsite in Eastwood (Hybrid)
