Job Overview
We are seeking someone to fill the role of Identity Management System Administrator. This candidate should have an advanced understanding of system administration including full knowledge of Active Directory systems, Exchange servers, and SSO infrastructure. Primary responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving IDM tickets for incidents and requests.
- Provide white glove customer service for end users experiencing issues
- Troubleshoot issues related to Exchange 2013/2010 and Windows server 2008/2012 server, and Office 365
- Active Directory domain administration and AD/LDAP functionality (replication, sites/services, DNS, etc.)
- Monitor AD, DNS and DHCP environment
- Basic Group Policy Management
- User lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot SSH public key configuration files
- Write basic scripts (PowerShell, Apple Scripts, Bash [shell scripting])
- Perform basic Microsoft systems administration: Troubleshooting, break/fix scenarios, maintaining backups, monitoring, etc.
- SSO - OKTA environment support and administration
- Google Apps environment support and administration
- SecureID RSA support and administration
Required Skills
- 3 years minimum experience as a system administrator in a similar role
- AD/LDAP, Exchange, and SSO configuration and support experience required
- Ticketing system experience (ServiceNow, Jira, ZenDesk) required
- MCSA certification is a plus
- Google Apps administrative experience is a plus
Compensation
Estimated Pay Range: Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
