Senior system engineer Linux and Windows

Contract - 12 Months fixed contract

Mode: Hybrid

Place of Work: Bangsar South, KL Office

Work during CET time to support customers in EMEA

What to expect:

• You need to be curious to develop your skill a Linux environment.

• You will be working on new technologies around SAP, Oracle, Apache, Single Sign on (SAML, Kerberos), SAP Hana.

• You will work together with developers and delivery teams to provide robust and secure infrastructure.

• You should be able to work individually but team work is very important.

Key responsibilities:

• Be part of a chapter of system engineers managing the enterprise services.

• Maintain and administer Linux/Unix systems running different application (Mediation, Billing).

• Maintain a secure infrastructure, managing certificates, authentication. Connectivity Cloud to on premise.

• You will work during CET time to support customers in EMEA.

• You will support the Mediation tools to aggregate data.

• Perform IT Security Reviews to prepare Audit.

•You will part of the on call role.

•Support Payment factory application connected to SAP and running on Windows Server.

What will make you successful

• At least 4 or-5 years of professional experience in similar role.

• An understanding of the following topics with hands on experience:

• Linux/Unix/windows administration

• Network and connectivity

• Single sign on authentication with SAML and Kerberos

• Update Linux environment

• Apache administration

•You have knowledge of scripting and automation: Ansible, Python, Bash, Shell

• Secure communication

• Experience with SAP is an asset.

• Excellent communication skills, knowledge of IT controls, business processes within a financial environment.

• Strong background in support, and application components.

• Working within an Agile environment is an asset
