Summary

Role Purpose:

• Define the architecture of a solution elaborated in a program or a project using existing patterns.
• Contribute to the development of architectural standards, and the direction and design of architecture for a business or technical domain. Contribute to efforts to elaborate and communicate the architecture of the given domain and/or develop architectural solutions for projects and programs.
• Individual contributor or leading teams. Engaging with multiple stakeholders (architecture / infrastructure / vendor partners) medium to large-sized complexity of projects
• Skilled in a multiple technology areas and multiple business focus -Driving successful execution based on agreed solution architecture design. Managing complexities of multiple solution components / coordination across diverse stakeholder groups

Role Title: US&I PEAT Solution Architect

Location: Hyderabad

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop architectural solutions for a sophisticated business area or deliver architectural services or governance activities.
• Use architecture patterns to suggest the most adequate utilization of technical platforms in support of the holistic solution architecture design.
• Maintain and evolve Architecture tools and platforms, principles, policies and standards -Engage internal and vendor project teams to explain proposed Architecture and ensure technical governance of implementation.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a computer science, engineering or information technology discipline.
  
  

Experience

• Collaborating across boundaries Functional Breadth Leading large and/or diverse multi-functional teams Geographic Scope Major Change English IT Governance Emerging Technology Monitoring IT Solution Architecture IT Enterprise & Business Architecture Regulatory Strategy Performance Management Managing Resources Quality decision making Consulting Influencing and persuading
• Experience in IT Systems Design
• 10+ Yrs of proven experience performing architecture design, end to end solution delivery, implementing IT process improvements.
• Ability to solve sophisticated business process / information challenges and Experience in relevant technology (e.g. Salesforce, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and ecommerce applications) within commercial domain architecture design
• Experience in working in projects that are using Agile and DevOps standard methodologies.
• Experience of working effectively with multiple partners and complex projects in a matrix organization to deliver results with quality and on time within budget.
• Demonstrable ability to develop trust-based relationships with key regional stakeholders.
• Effective communications style with the ability to influence local and global teams.
