Channels Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume role of product manager, primarily responsible for Corporate Digital Channel platforms
• Liaise with product owners/ managers, business users, functional specialists, operational teams & other stakeholders to gain in-depth understanding of feature capabilities and process designs from end-to-end
• Perform market research/ competitor analysis on periodic basis and identify new opportunities.
• Manage modification and enhancements of existing products to address emerging business, user or regulatory needs.
• Prepare product write-up, including but not limited to business paper, user stories, operational procedures, user manuals etc.
• Responsible for product launch activities with relevant stakeholders, such as implement relevant documentations/ processes required, new product approval processes and training for stakeholders, where applicable
• Coordinate with O&T, Contact Centre etc on service delivery issues to ensure timely resolution and closure within SLA
• Product utilization tracking/ MIS for internal, management and regulatory reporting

Requirements:

• Good understanding & breadth of transaction banking/ cash management products and processes.
• Prior experience in Corporate Digital Channels will be highly desired
• Experience in managing a product line in a Fintech company or Big Tech company will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build strong partnerships with product partners to obtain buy-in
