The Client

The company provides global corporate verification services, offering software products and personnel for customer and employee onboarding, probity, and due diligence monitoring. They integrate technology and human expertise to deliver turnkey solutions for compliance, productivity, and risk management. Established in 2006, they offer both outsourced verification services and scalable software for large enterprises.

Your Role

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, designing, building and supporting the growth of an exciting and powerful SaaS product, taking the financial world by storm. We have a Hybrid working environment, and working from home is an option.

You’ll be fixing bugs, refactoring, building new modules big and small – you’ll be owning chunks of the application.

Requirements

• Full stack - Front and back (plus everything in between). Node/ReactJS/Mongo/TS
• Build full modules, enhancements, and bug fixes
• Ownership - take ideas and turn them into some great new feature.
• Work in an agile-based development environment.
• Produce accurate estimates for user stories.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, communication, problem solving.
• Enhance development process, improve quality and efficiency.
• Review code, ensure quality and security criteria is met.
• Support the product, architect it for success!
• Knowledge of development of standards
• Knowledge and experience building scalable systems, both from a performance perspective and a maintainability standpoint
• Experience building modular systems, good ability to understand complex systems
• Collaborate with the engineering team in Australia, Malaysia & Ukraine in software design sessions, code reviews, architecture, and other engineering activities.

Requirements

• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written English skills are essential.
• Technical skills: Hands-on experience with our tech stack is a requirement. This includes React, Node, and experience with a document database like MongoDB.
• Senior Developer should have 5+ years of experience, with additional skills in team management and software architecture.
