The Role

We’re looking for a great team fit. A developer who can add value to the entire website design and development lifecycle, and enjoy a laugh along the way. You'll be courageous with ideas, and confident with 1-on-1 dealings with clients. You'll take a solid design and feature requirements brief with the customer to delivering a production ready product that more than meets the client’s expectations.

Who Are You?

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

• Qualification and/or suitable experience and portfolio to support your ability to meet the demands of the role
• A minimum of 3 years experience in web development
• Proficiency with: PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, MySQL, SASS, Wordpress, Laravel, API integrations, cPanel/WHM, GIT, Linux command line
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Adopt and maintain development standards and practices
• Delivers value, teamwork and continuous improvement
• Manage your own performance and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Strong skills in eCommerce: Woocommerce, Shopify
• Knowledge of Google Search Console
• Knowledge of GA4
• Experience in executing web support, including strong communication skills (confidence in dealing direct with clients in person, on the phone, via email) – which means we are looking for clear/confident English – spoken and written
• Attention to detail, pride in work that meets a high professional and competitive standard
• Experience working on team projects with the need to use code merging techniques
• Ability to meet the deadlines and pressures of a studio environment, you can manage multiple projects large and small on the go at the same time
