Position Outline

As the Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our frontend development, helping to define the tech solutions and guiding our technology vision and strategy while actively participating in hands-on coding. This position involves ensuring focus on the right areas and striving towards excellence. You will closely collaborate with the Product and delivery teams, fostering a productive environment for innovation and collaboration.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and the architects to determine technical solutions for the planned initiatives.
• Develop and deliver solutions to production with a focus on maintainability, scalability and availability.
• Strive for a balance between quality and delivery speed through a strategic use of test automation.
• Determine and implement strategies to address technology debt that is limiting delivery speed, posing a security risk, or affecting the stability of our daily operations.
• Drive a strategic focus on observability that will enable the team to detect and respond to issues impacting stability.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure we have an effective flow for ensuring quality and stability in releases.
• Cultivate team engagement both domestically and internationally.

• Candidates are required to have a personal device at home (capable of software development specs)
