Senior Systems Engineer – Storage

Key Responsibilities:

• Storage Management: Administer, configure, optimize, and maintain diverse storage systems, including Data Domain, PowerStore, Isilon, Unity, VNX, and NetApp Cloud Volumes ONTAP in Azure
• .SAN Infrastructure: Manage and troubleshoot Brocade SAN switches, ensuring high availability and optimal performance
• .Nice To Have: Backup and Recovery: Oversee Commvault backup and recovery systems, including policy configuration, job monitoring, and disaster recovery planning
• .Cloud Integration: Implement and maintain NetApp Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) in Azure, optimizing data storage and ensuring data security and compliance
• .Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor storage and SAN performance, analyzing metrics, and implementing enhancements to meet business requirements
• .Security and Compliance: Enforce data security measures, access controls, and compliance standards for storage systems
• .Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for storage configurations, backup policies, and disaster recovery procedures
• .Technical Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and troubleshooting for storage-related issues
• .Capacity Planning: Plan and execute capacity expansion and upgrades to meet the organization's growing storage needs
• .Automation: Identify/Implement automation and scripting to streamline storage processes
• .Required to participate in an on-call rotation
• .Minimum 5+ years of experience is required

Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent.
