General Responsibilities

Implement new features and maintain the web applications using Flutter Web.
Investigate technical issues, identifying root causes and providing comprehensive reports for further analysis.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective solutions for identified issues, leveraging your expertise in Flutter.
Contribute to the improvement of development processes and workflows, suggesting enhancements and best practices to optimize efficiency and quality.
Produce a well documented and tested code.
Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and solutions; and
Other tasks as assigned or delegated by the department head and/or supervisors within the scope of software engineering.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Dart and Flutter.
At least 3 years of experience in web development.
Strong understanding of state management principles.
Experience with unit and widget/component testing.
Familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Ability to take initiative and work independently when required.
