THE ROLE
Product Manager/Owner is responsible for ensuring successful project and product delivery through proposing software development solutions, while effectively monitoring and coordinating with relevant departments to enhance system performance aligned with the company's overall direction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Development and Product Management:
- Develop product strategy and roadmap for the PITO Platform, including various related applications such as Customer Site, Back Office Site, and other supporting systems.
- Identify and prioritize product feature development based on customer needs and market trends.
- Create detailed requirements for each feature and collaborate closely with the Engineering team for implementation.
2. Communication and Coordination:
- Work closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure the product meets customer needs and market demands.
- Clearly and effectively communicate product requirements and customer feedback to the Engineering team, ensuring feasibility and clarity.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and development progress.
3. Analysis and Evaluation:
- Monitor product performance post-launch and continuously gather user feedback to improve the product.
- Analyze usage data to make strategic decisions on product development and optimization.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on latest trends and identify new opportunities for the product.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelorโs degree or higher in related fields such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines. Practical work experience may substitute for formal education.
- Experience: Proven experience (4+ years) in product management, preferably in building marketplace platforms or food delivery.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable manner.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong business sense and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
