Responsibilities

• Support administrative activities related to daily project tasks monitoring and follow-up, take meeting notes and convert into meaningful information
• Assist in reviewing project tasks progress, follow up with required information, and see that deadlines are met
• Create and manage project and inventory related documents and effectively communicate to the team for updates
  
  
  

Requirements

Final year or fresh graduates from any major.

Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta area.

Committed to do 6 months internship.

Possess good knowledge in operating Microsoft Excel

Have good communication skills (written & verbal)

Able to work well with people.

Time Management and Attention to Details, mandatory due to extensive task monitoring role
