Job Description

• Design and develop complex electronic systems design flows, including chips, boards, and 3DIC structures.
• Utilize advanced simulation tools for EM, IR, SI, PI, Thermal for design simulation flows.
• Define, Spec out and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic systems design tools..
• Conduct system-level testing and validation to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior designers and engineers.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in electronic design and simulation tools.
• Work with customers, developers and validation engineers to define and spec out flows, methodologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• B.S. required (M.S. preferred) in electronics/computer engineering or computer science disciplines
• Understanding of SI/PI/EM/IR/Thermal Management and Circuit simulation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic systems design, including chip, PCB and 3DIC design flows.
• Proficiency in board design and experience with industry-standard multi-physics and circuit simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of electronic hardware design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to find solutions to customer problems and drive development teams for robust solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
