Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Systems Analyst role located in either Makati or Ortigas. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions, performing system testing, and conducting system maintenance. The Systems Analyst will work closely with the development team and project managers to deliver high-quality systems.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in systems analysis and information technology
Experience in business analysis and process improvement
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions
Experience with system testing and maintenance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
