Job Title: Java Microservices Support Engineer(Purely Support role)

Exp Level: 2 – 5 Years

Shift: Rotational shifts ( Nightshift : WFH ; Regular Shifts : WFO)

Summary:

We are looking for a talented Java Microservices Support Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional support for our microservices architecture. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to our Java microservices applications.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents related to Java microservices applications.
Analyze logs, trace issues, and identify root causes of problems.
Collaborate with developers to implement solutions and fix bugs.
Provide technical support to internal and external clients.
Document technical issues and resolutions.
Stay up to date on the latest Java technologies and microservices best practices.
Participate in code reviews and identify potential issues.
Assist with the development and maintenance of internal tooling for supporting microservices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in supporting Java applications.
Strong understanding of Java programming language and object-oriented principles.
Experience with microservices architecture and design principles.
Experience with troubleshooting and debugging Java applications.
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (a plus).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
