Production Support resource to support HK Life (Ingenium) application.

• Functions as a liaison between cross-functional teams - business stakeholders, IT, project managers, developers, and solution architects - to deliver Service Requests and troubleshoot Production Incidents and jointly develop a solution. The role will work closely with the business team to understand , define, and scope the problem to derive the business requirements for a solution
