Job Description

Our QA team is growing and we are looking for a QA Engineer to support our game quality assurance.

Your Work

Daily:

Manage tasks/tickets for assigned projects
Analyze requirements
Write test cases or prepare checklists for tasks/tickets
Perform functional tests and compatibility testing across multiple devices (Windows browsers, iOS devices, Android devices)
Perform regression tests as required by the job or team leaders
Generate test reports after running tests
Weekly:
Attend meetings to list out the issues encountered
Contribute to self-improvement and team development
Quarterly:
Self-assess work attitude, skills, knowledge, and achievements every 6 months
Participate in evaluation sessions and discussions with team leaders
Research and study Game Platform Policies and Game Platform Quality Requirements (in English)
Learn to enhance knowledge about gameplay, graphics, logic, game feel, UI/UX, etc
Develop skills as requested by team leaders (encouraged): Obtain certifications to improve Game Testing and Game QC/QA skills
Contribute to building a positive work environment (encouraged):

- Enhance teamwork effectiveness.
- Continuously improve work processes.

Your Qualifications

Must-Have:

Proficiency in English (especially reading and writing) and Vietnamese
Proactive communication skills
Logical thinking
Sense of responsibility
Analytical skills
Problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle pressure
Nice-to-Have:
TOEIC score above 600 or IELTS score above 5.5
Confidence in communicating in English with external partners
At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position
Documentation skills
Detailed issue description skills
Ability to work independently
Clear understanding of quality standards and regulations for Instant Games and App Games platforms:

Facebook Instant Gaming:

Web, Facebook App on Android, Facebook App on iOS
Google Play (Android App)
App Store (iOS Game App)

Passion for playing casual and hyper-casual games, with experience across various game genres:

Game Apps
Social website games
Games on gaming platforms

Positive attitude and willingness to improve in the role
Commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement
International testing certifications (preferred):

ISTQB Foundation Level - Certified Tester 3.1.1
ISTQB Foundation Level - Certified Tester 4.0
ISTQB Specialist - Game Testing

Programming skills (preferred):

JavaScript
React

Familiarity with at least one game engine (preferred):

Cocos
Phaser

Work hour

We expect you to work in the office to closely follow and support our leadership. Working hours are from 9:00 - 18:30, from Monday to Friday
Even so, we do not micromanage or count your hours, but we expect you to take ownership of your work, proactively communicate and be reachable during work hours
