Responsibilities:
- The Serialisation Service Analyst will be responsible for the provision of day-to-day operation of the Serialisation support service, acting as the primary point of contact for the business end-users and fulfil the following accountabilities for all relevant components of this service.
- The Serialisation Service includes support from the obtaining of serial numbers, the application of serialisation processes and data at the supply site, dispatch and receipt of the product and its data into the market as well as a returns and queries loop back into the LOC and the support service from the wholesaler, retailer or end user / patient. This includes supporting the resolution of issues and queries from Commercial and Quality teams
- To develop Serialisation process and data capabilities to support the business needs in addressing any incidents/problems that arise during BAU operations, and fulfilling any data requests received.
- Transition and support new or changed Serialisation service scope as Serialisation continues to deploy and evolve globally.
