About the team
TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring data on the TikTok LIVE platform product, building business indicators, effectively disclosing business progress and risks.
- Responsible for planning and designing multi-dimensional data models for platform operations, analyzing and designing business data reports, providing decision support for business and management, and realizing the productization of business data.
- From a business perspective, fully understand the goals and strategies of the live business line, help businesses conduct business exploration, diagnosis optimization, numerical calculation, business review and other analysis work, propose constructive decision-making suggestions, and implement means to optimize business results.
- Responsible for promoting the productization of data analysis methodology, expanding the empowerment radius and efficiency of analysis.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years or more experience in data analysis, preferably with experience in business analysis or operations, majoring in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics.
- Familiar with the knowledge framework of constructing a data indicator system, with experience in constructing an indicator system; Familiar with basic data analysis methods, have experience in implementing data in business, and have professional analysis report writing skills.
- Proficient in using Excel, proficient in SQL, hive, at least proficient in one data visualization analysis tool, proficient in R and Python is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, strong ability to withstand pressure, and strong coordination and promotion ability.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in live platform/product operations is preferred, and experience in merchant/creator recruitment, incubation, and growth is preferred.
