Cloud Operations and Infrastructure Jr. Engineer

What Success Looks Like In This Role

• Managing and maintaining Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Managing Active Directory infrastructure, including domains, forests, trusts, and group policies.
• Configuring and troubleshooting AD services such as DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
• Deploying, configuring, and managing VMware vSphere infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and virtual machines.
• Deploying and managing IaaS resources in Azure and AWS environments, including virtual machines and Workspaces.
• Documenting system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an accurate knowledge base and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Providing training and mentoring to junior team members to develop their technical skills and expertise.
  
  

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Cloud, Windows and VMware.
• Good communication skills to handle and participate and drive client meetings.
• Knowledge on PowerShell scripting.
