What you will do
- Support in trouble-shooting Hearing Aid instruments, accessories and performing root cause failure analysis.
- Prepare production tester validation reports.
- Participate in yield, quality, productivity improvement projects and meetings.
- Support maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
- Support spare parts procurement, quantity adjustments, shipment and receiving.
- Update and optimize test programs with Verification and Validation.
- Provide operator and technician training.
- Prepare Work Instructions for production and engineering.
What you bring
Experience
- Minimum Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Electronics Engineering
- With 1-2 years of working experience from a manufacturing TEST environment.
- Electric Circuit analysis competencies
- Test measurement equipment handling (DMM, Source meter, Oscilloscopes, Waveform Generators)
- Competencies in troubleshooting PCB and strong analytical skills
- Soldering and assembly skills
- PC and test application software installations
- Proficient in MICROSOFT OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
- Basic programming skills such as C++, C#, DOS scripting, Power BI etc.
Personal competencies
- Good analytical skills
- Preferred knowledge with electronics troubleshooting experience
- With good initiative
- Good communication skills
- A team player.
