Full Stack Engineer - SPFx / M365 (Public Sector)

At Xtremax, our engineers build scalable and impactful digital solutions. As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering modern workplace applications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, helping organizations enhance collaboration and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, including building modern web parts, extensions, and interactive pages that meet business requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration across Microsoft 365 services
• Develop responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces while ensuring performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility
• Integrate SharePoint solutions with backend services and APIs to enable end-to-end functionality and automation across systems
• Support the delivery lifecycle from development to deployment, including troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of solutions
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development
• Strong frontend development skills using:
• React.js (preferred)
• HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS
• TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with UI frameworks such as Fluent UI (Office UI Fabric) or Bootstrap
• Hands-on experience integrating with:
• Microsoft Graph API
• SharePoint REST API
• RESTful services (JSON-based APIs)
• Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services)
• Experience building Power Automate workflows and integrating with SPFx solutions
• Experience implementing authentication using Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID)
• Good understanding of performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and modern web standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Singaporeans are more preferred
