The Role

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, identify solutions, and ensure the performance and reliability of applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure designs are compliant with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of solid backend and IT experience is required for this position.
• Proactive
• Emphasis quality in deliverables.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Should have strong communication skills, solid analytical and problem solving skill.
• Amenable to work on a HYBRID setup with 3 days ONSITE and 2 days WFH in Alabang
  
  

Key Technical And Functional Competencies

• Advance knowledge of Java Core, Spring Framework 5.x (MVC, REST / Web Service, Security, Caching, Scheduling, Mail, etc.), Javascript, JQuery, Log4j, Database SQL - Oracle SQL, ORM - Hibernate
• Knowledgeable on using Spring Boot 2.x, Lombok, JSON / XML, Mapping Framework, Logging Framework (Log4j, SLF4J), Unit Testing Framework (JUnit), Nginx, Unix, SFTP.
• Good understanding in Building Tools, Maven, Git / Github, BitBucket, Bamboo / Jenkins, Azure, Netbeans, Eclipse for Java Dev, Apache POI, Tomcat
