Business Systems Analysis team
The Zebra Business Systems Analysis team are subject matter experts (SMEs) that act as technology and systems knowledge stewards for Zebra's internal and supplier facing systems. The BSAs manage, drive, and ensure that Zebra's internal processes and supplier facing systems are optimized to meet business and organizational objectives and needs. Primary focus systems include but are not limited to the Zebra Collaboration Management platform (ZCM), Supplier Visibility (SV), Oracle Cloud, Oracle ERP etc.
Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Act as subject matter experts (SMEs) with regards to Zebra’s internal and supplier facing systems.
Provide process and system side consultation and knowledge support to internal teams to support business objectives.
Provides technical support in identifying and evaluating systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Help to design and implement systems, enhancements and process improvements to support business objectives.
Engage with the cross functional teams to drive process updates, system changes, technology improvements and resolve system issues.
Engage with Zebra’s major suppliers in systems onboarding and setup.
Work closely with Zebra Business Process Owners (BPO), Information Technology (IT), Global Supply Planning (GSP), Demand Planning (DP) and other internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement to Zebra process and systems.
Primary contact for working with our major systems vendors on system resiliency, issue resolution, enhancements and major system upgrades.
Support global supply planners, regional/demand planners, logistics and suppliers to resolve system issues related to purchasing and shipments.
Business leads for managing day to day operations, projects, enhancements, incidents and issue resolution with the ZCM solutions partner E2open and its corresponding contact teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced Degree preferred
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience
Excellent communication skills
Experience with end user issues
Demonstrated technical experience
Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects
Demonstrated experience trouble shooting
Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
Experience developing new systems and tools
Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures
Advanced analytical skills
Demonstrated Project Management skills
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
Experience identifying and implement process improvements
